Hello! I am so glad you are here. You deserve to receive care from somebody you trust, so let me tell you a bit about myself. I am currently a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I graduated from Bellevue University with a Master's in Clinical Counseling. When I am not working with clients, you can find me spending time with my husband, my two sons, and my friends. I love playing board games with my husband, cooking for friends and family, spending as much time outside as possible, reading, and writing.
I specialize in counseling those who have experienced attachment wounding and trauma from working with individuals impacted by the Child Welfare system. I also provide therapeutic services to those with chronic illnesses or their caregivers. I have a unique understanding of the effects chronic illness has on physical, mental, and emotional well-being as a mom to children with complex and chronic medical needs. I enjoy helping clients who are navigating these various issues, either personally or as a caregiver.
I utilize Attachment, Person-centered, and Trauma-informed practices. I value your experiences and insights, and will work collaboratively with you to determine treatment goals that best align to your needs. I invite you to contact me for a consultation to determine if we may make a good team for your therapeutic process.
